rainfall shower sunday roast
The room provided a rainfall shower. I liked it. sufficient parking spaces were available. It helped a lot. the pub has a covered outdoor area. It was nice and dry. the sunday roast was very tasty and i really enjoyed it.
The family room needs some tlc. It felt slightly depressing.

i found the staff pleasant. the room included a coffee machine. the garden looked lovely and well-kept. the shower had good pressure, which i liked a lot.
the menu was disappointing. it encouraged us to go elsewhere for dinner. i have experience in this business.

charming room quality materials soundproofed room excellent breakfast
i found the hotel very charming, with a good room appointed with quality materials. the room was well soundproofed. breakfast offered tasty food with a wide choice. the location is perfect, very close to local attractions, easily accessible by public transport.
i found a slight disturbance from street noise in the mornings.

The staff was friendly and helpful. the garden area featured the tillingbourne. It was lovely to sit by. a car park was available! making parking easy.
the room i was in needed some tlc. there was paint peeling off the walls with scrapes. the wardrobe was locked.

The carpet in the room was quite grim, it could really benefit from being changed. There was rising damp with thick salt markings around one edge of the carpet. The mould buildup on the bathroom windows needed extra care to clean.

I found the outdoor seating area gorgeous. It had a babbling brook and a small footbridge. the parking was great. I had no trouble finding a space. the breakfast was fabulous. I particularly enjoyed the options available.
