The staff was friendly and helpful. the garden area featured the tillingbourne. It was lovely to sit by. a car park was available! making parking easy.
the room i was in needed some tlc. there was paint peeling off the walls with scrapes. the wardrobe was locked.

The carpet in the room looked quite grim, it could really benefit from being changed. There was rising damp with thick salt markings around one edge of the carpet. The mould buildup on the bathroom windows needed extra care to clean.

I found the outdoor seating area gorgeous. It had a babbling brook and a small footbridge. the parking was great. I had no trouble finding a space. the breakfast was fabulous. I particularly enjoyed the options available.
